01 Arrival to Lima:
We will pick you up from the airport upon arrival and take you to the hotel in Lima.

02 Flight to Cusco:
Transfer to the airport in Lima. Flight to Cusco (1 hour). Transfer to the hotel in Cusco. You will have the afternoon free to rest, get used to the altitude and tour the city by yourself.

Cusco City Tour:
In the afternoon (1:30 PM) you will visit the Cathedral. Then, you will tour the amazing Inca sites of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo and Tambomachay. These archeological sites are the remains of the ancient capital of the Inca Empire.

Short Inca Trail:
Early in the morning (5:30 am), you will take the train until the Km. 104 of the railroad to Machu Picchu; there you will start the hike. It takes 5 hours to reach Machu Picchu. Along the way you will stop at a waterfall and a huge Inca site. After you arrive to Machu Picchu, you will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes town; there you will stay in a nice hotel.

Machu Picchu tour:
In the morning (6 AM), you will take the bus back to Machu Picchu (30 minutes). There you will have a guided tour for 2 hours; afterwards you will have free time to explore the ruins by yourself. In the afternoon (4 PM), you will take the train back to Cusco.

Free day in Cusco:
You will have the day free to do some shopping and to enjoy this lovely city .

OPTIONAL: Rafting in the Urubamba river
We will take you to the Urubamba river to have fun on a raft. The level of the whitewater rafting is very good, adventurous but safe (rapids class II and III). You will be back in Cusco city in the afternoon (6 PM).

Flight to Lima:
