To confirm a booking
it is required the Confirmation Deposit or the total
payment of the tour.

The Confirmation Deposit
is an advance-payment of 300 US dollars per person.
This deposit is not refundable. For the tours that
include a trip to the Amazon jungle (Manu or Tambopata),
the confirmation deposit is 800 US dollars each.

Payments can be done
with a money wire, bank transfer or through our
online system to process Visa, Mastercard or American
Express credit cards.

The payment of the Confirmation
Deposit is the proof that the Client accepts the
itinerary, the services included and the price of
a tour.

Once received the Confirmation
Deposit, INDIANA EXPEDITION will send a message
by e-mail to the client to confirm his/her booking.

All confirmed bookings
are secured and guaranteed by INDIANA EXPEDITION.

The remainder has to
be paid upon arrival in cash (US dollars), or 1
week before the beginning of the tour if it is paid
with a credit card, money wire or bank transfer.

For the "Inca Trail"
Tour, the total payment is required to confirm the
booking.
Penalties and Responsibilities:

If the Client cancels
a booking before the Confirmation Deposit has been
paid, there are no charges.

If the Client cancels
a booking after the Confirmation Deposit has been
paid and before the beginning of the tour, INDIANA
EXPEDITION will charge only the Confirmation Deposit
(not refundable).

Once the tour has started,
if the Client decides to don't use one or more of
the services included in the tour, he/she cannot
request a refund for those services.

The "Inca Trail"
Tour is not refundable by any circumstances.

If INDIANA EXPEDITION
cannot deliver one of the services included in a
tour, a similar service of the same quality will
be delivered to the Client without extra charges.

No claims will be accepted
after 30 days of the end of the tour.

INDIANA EXPEDITION is
responsible to deliver all the services included
in the itinerary of a tour as they have been described
in the itinerary or the website.

INDIANA EXPEDITION is
not responsible if a service cannot be delivered
due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters
or social convulsion (i.e. riots, protests, strikes,
etc.) that affects the normal performance of the
services or risks the Clients' lives.

INDIANA EXPEDITION is
not responsible of the lost or damaged of personal
belongings of the Client during a tour.

The Client is responsible
to have a Travel Insurance in case of an accident
during the tour that covers medical assistance and
treatment, and his/her evacuation in case of been
required.
