Terms and Conditions to contract our tours:

  1. To confirm a booking it is required the confirmation deposit or the total payment of the tour.

  2. The "Confirmation Deposit" is an advance-payment of 300 US dollars per person. This deposit is not refundable.

  3. Payments can be done with a check in US dollars direct to INDIANA EXPEDITION, or through our online system to process Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

  4. All payments done using a credit card are subject to a 8% fee.

  5. The payment of the Confirmation Deposit is the proof that the Client accepts the itinerary, the services included and the price of a tour.

  6. Once received the Confirmation Deposit, INDIANA EXPEDITION will send a message by e-mail or a fax to the client confirming his/her booking .

  7. All confirmed bookings are secured and guaranteed by INDIANA EXPEDITION.

  8. The final payment (the total price minus the Confirmation Deposit) has to be paid one day before the tour starts if it is paid in cash (US dollars) or 1 week before if it is paid with a credit card.

  9. In the case of the Inca Trail Tour, the total payment has to be done to confirm the booking.

Penalties and Responsibilities:

  1. If the Client cancels a booking before the Confirmation Deposit has been paid, there are no charges.

  2. If the Client cancels a booking after the Confirmation Deposit has been paid and before the beginning of the tour, INDIANA EXPEDITION will charge only the Confirmation Deposit (not refundable).

  3. Once the tour has started, if the Client decides to don't use one or more of the services included in the tour, he/she can not request a refund for those services.

  4. The Inca Trail Tours are not refundable.

  5. If INDIANA EXPEDITION can not deliver one of the services included in a tour, another one of the same quality or better will be deliver to the Client without extra charges.

  6. No claims will be accepted after 30 days of the end of the tour.

  7. INDIANA EXPEDITION is responsible to deliver all the services included in the itinerary of a tour as they have been described in the itinerary or the website.

  8. INDIANA EXPEDITION is not responsible if a service can not be delivered due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or social convulsion (i.e. riots, protests, strikes, etc.) that affects the normal performance of the services or risks the Clients' lives.

  9. INDIANA EXPEDITION is not responsible of the lost or damaged of personal belongings of the Client during a tour.

  10. The Client is responsible to have a Travel Insurance in case of an accident during the tour that covers medical assistance and treatment, and his/her evacuation in case of been required.
